Thai Chicken Salad Recipe
Thai Chicken Salad...it's another frugalicious and fast dinner idea from The Budget Diet girl, and it's a great way to us up leftover grilled chicken. Serve it for a simple summer supper or take it on a picnic.
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 3 T. sugar
- 3 T. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 package oriental flavored ramen noodles
- 1, 16 oz. package tri-color coleslaw no dressing
- 2 c. grilled chicken sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- 3 green onions sliced
- 1 can chunk pineapple or use fresh
- 1 can mandarin oranges
Instructions

Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and flavoring packet from noodles in a large bowl.

Break up noodles and soak 3 hours or longer.

Add remaining ingredients, stir and chill 1 hour before serving.

Add a loaf of French bread, and enjoy dinner!
