I've been getting an extra 10 percent off just by using my Kroger card. Anyone 55 and over gets a 10 percent senior citizen discount on all Kroger brand items when using their Kroger card. However, the birthdate needs to be linked to the card, and this can be done at the courtesy booth or call number on back of card. It really adds up. Also includes ‘Private Select' brand, and others.
It's easy to save over a hundred dollars a month. I have no problem with Kroger's brand, they had the best ice cream I've ever had. It was called, ‘pumkin pie ice cream' but only had it during the holidays. I found out it was seasonal and bought every container they had left. It was the first time I ever realized that ice cream can be addictive.
