Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 frozen sliced banana
- 1 cup milk skim, low fat, soy milk...it's your choice!
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Recipe Notes
I keep a zip top bag full of frozen, sliced bananas in the freezer. It takes about 10 slices to equal 1 banana. Now you know what to do with your overripe bananas!

Just to warn you…frozen bananas aren’t pretty, but they taste wonderful in this smoothie!
Thanks this sounds delicious. Peanut butter is a no no in our house since my son as a severe allergy but I would do the same thing just skipping the peanut butter, maybe even adding a little coco powder. Thanks, you always have great ways to live better for less!
