How do you know that the cards aren’t already used by the people selling them? If there are security proceudres in place I would love this idea.

I have heard of Plastic Jungle before. I have a friend who sells them her gift cards and she just loves their service. I think it’s a great way to get rid of unwanted cards without losing spending potential. I can’t count the number of times I have received a gift card only to let it waste away in my purse. With this type of service, someone can use the card who really wants it, and you get the cash back (with a deduction applied, of course) to buy what you want. It seems pretty win-win if you’re probably not going to use the card anyway.
