Thin Mint Cookie Recipe
Enjoy Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies anytime you so desire with this super-easy and super-quick 2 ingredient recipe! You can make as many or as few as you wish in just a matter of minutes!
Ingredients
- Andes Mints 1 mint per cookie
- Vanilla Wafers store brand is fine
Instructions
-
Place the Andes Mints in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high until melted. The time will vary depending upon how many mints you are using.
-
Dip the Vanilla Wafer in the melted Andes Mints and place on a wax paper lined tray. I don't cover the entire cookie because it's quicker just to leave the part of the cookie you're holding without chocolate.
-
Refrigerate 5 minutes.
-
Enjoy!
