Ingredients
- 4 Cube Steaks
- Salt & Black Pepper
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour plus 2 Tbs for gravy
- 2 ½ cup whole milk
- 2 lg eggs
- Canola oil
Instructions
-
Prepare all the ingredients. Put the steak into the oven and switch it on to low temperature. This will keep the steak warm while creating the gravy.
-
Fill the skillet with canola oil, then set to medium-high treat.
-
Use pepper and salt to season the cube steak. Blend ½ cup of milk and eggs in a bowl.
-
Pour flour into a platter and put pepper and salt. Get one steak and cover it fully with flour. Do the same with other steak.
-
After the steaks are floured, soak them into the egg mixture. Let the excess egg drip, then bring them back to the flour.
-
Fry until brown enough. One and one-half minutes for each side. If the steaks are a bit too thick, then wait a little longer to fry them. After they are golden brown, place them on a baking sheet to keep them warm.
