Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake
Don't you love waking up to the smell of freshly baked cinnamon rolls? Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake is a quick and easy breakfast that will have your guests begging for the recipe. This coffee cake smells like a cinnamon roll and tastes like a cinnamon roll, but it won't have you slaving in the kitchen for hours. If we're serving brunch, Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cake is almost always on the menu. P.S. - It freezes well, so I always have some in the freezer for those impromptu slumber parties!

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
Instructions

Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Beat together cake mix, oil, sour cream and eggs on low until combined. Increase speed to high and beat 2 minutes.

Pour into baking pan.

In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon.

Sprinkle evenly on top of cake batter and use a knife to swirl. (I make "S" shapes throughout the cake with my knife...you can't really see the swirls until the cake is baked, so don't swirl too much!)

Bake 40 minutes at 325º.

Cool 10 minutes.

Prepare icing by stirring together powdered sugar and milk.

Pour over the slightly cooled cake.
