What you need:
- White balloons
- Cheese cloth
- Glow sticks
- Black permanent marker
- String
Grab one white balloon and glow stick. Break the glow stick to light it up. Gradually insert it into the balloon.
Then, pump air into the balloon.
If you are happy with the size of your balloon, we start drawing the face. Use the permanent marker and start drawing the eyes and then, the screaming mouth. You may search online for inspiration for the face.
Grab one sheet of cheese cloth. Cover the balloon making sure it is on the center of the cloth. Grab the string and cut the desired length. Tie one end around the tail of the balloon.
And you are done! Create more spooky glow balloons and hang them on the desired location.
